Like a lot of people I discovered Yoga at my local gym, I left my first class feeling relaxed, happy and wanting more! So much so, I have continued to practice for over 10 years and in that time I have tried a variety of styles through classes, workshops and retreats all under the watchful eye of some great teachers. I soon found myself drawn to the more dynamic yoga styles and so travelled to India to train in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin and Rocket (Power Yoga) with the Yoga Alliance.
The key focus of my classes is linking breath with movement and I guarantee that with regular practice students will increase strength and gain greater flexibility.
There are so many benefits of Yoga both on and off the mat and I am passionate about sharing them.
